The State of Arizona allows taxpayers to take certain qualified tax credits that are a dollar-for-dollar credit against a taxpayer’s tax liability.

A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer's own dependents.
